Luke came to the Pro Caliber Team in February 2019 as an Operations Manager. His primary role centres around operations and maintaining client relationships across a diverse portfolio of sites, from pubs and high end venues to commercial buildings and static & retail sites.
Luke comes with a wealth of experience from not only an Army background with deployments to the Pacific Islands, but also having worked in the South Pacific region on Private Security contracts for several years. These roles involved peacekeeping and dealing with a high volume of diverse clientele, indicative of Luke’s ability to adapt to his surroundings and effectively meet business requirements and objectives.
In 2016 Luke further honed his skills and worked for several UHNW clients conducting CPP and VIP escorts throughout the east coast of Australia. This position developed his high end customer relationship skills through extremely challenging situations and work environments. In October 2017, Luke was selected to become the Security Venue Supervisor for the Commonwealth Games Athletes Village where he was challenged in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. He was solely responsible for supervising a 180-person Team, liaising with ADF, QPS, and State Emergency Services, demonstrating his strong leadership capability and the ability to collaborate and cooperate with external bodies.
