Bryce first joined Professional Caliber Security in 2015 as a Crowd Controller, starting as a Junior Guard working multiple venues and events and within a short period of time he was identified as having key leadership qualities by managers and superiors and excelled at his trade which enabled him to work his way through the ranks of Senior Guard and eventually Supervising numerous venues and events.
Some of Bryce’s core attributes refined as his time as a Crowd Controller include a high level and understanding of conflict resolution techniques, communications skills, having a sound knowledge of a vast array of venues and events, supervising teams for VIP escorts into venues & concerts and he has personally worked on several CPP assignments for a variety of high end clients.
During Bryce’s time with PCS he has developed great relationships with many clients and fellow security officers and has been maintaining these key relationships which made his transition into Assistant Operations Manager in late 2016 a valuable decision for PCS. At the beginning of 2017 Bryce again was earmarked to progress into the role of Operations Manager. With the experience he has gained during his career he is now entrusted with imperative operational duties such as: Rostering, Event Management Planning, Developing CPP Operational Plans, Venue Team Assessment, Induction training and many other critical tasks.
Bryce is an extremely friendly and efficient communicator with the always listen first approach, He generally has a solution for all problems and He always strives to do his best to resolve any problems in a professional and respectful matter.
