Jasmyne joined the Professional Caliber Security team in mid- 2018. Her primary focus is developing, implementing and reviewing quality Human Resource functions across the organisation. Jasmyne believes in the need to attract, develop and retain the best people and does so within her work.
Jasmyne is passionate about developing our staff and the importance of ongoing, quality, professional development. This passion is evident within her studies as she works toward her goal of completing a Masters in Change, Innovation and Leadership.
To compliment her studies, Jasmyne has joined the team with a strong foundation of HR knowledge acquired across several industries. Most recently Jasmyne worked as part of the HR team at a multi-national company within the Oil and Gas sector. This experience allowed her to draw upon her theoretical knowledge of Human Resource principles whilst providing quality service through the delivery of her practical skills.
In 2016 Jasmyne completed a Human Resources Internship with Diabetes Queensland. During this time, she worked directly under the General manager and was exposed to transformative value of the Human Resource function. This experience capsulated how Jasmyne could leverage Human Resource functions to support the strategic direction of an organisation.
Jasmyne’s management experience spans back when she was working within Early Childhood Education. As a Team Leader & Lead Educator Jasmyne managed a team of Assistant Educators whilst overseeing each child’s educational profile.
Jasmyne’s strong interpersonal skills allow her to rapidly build relationships with all she meets. Her application of Human Resource knowledge is consistently aligned with organisational goals which supports the Professional Caliber strategic direction whilst empowering our employees.
